Here's what works! If your trying all of these topical solutions, you're wasting your time. Foot fungus has to be cured internally. What worked for me is Lamisil tablets for 3 months. You will need to get a blood test, but if your liver is ok ...then you are good to go. Foot fungus grows from inside, so you need to kill it from inside. If your feet are inflamed like mine were, I suggest soaking them in warm Epson salt baths 2-3 times per day. A bit of a pain, but this will definitely take away the inflamation. Most importantly...let you feet breathe as much as possible. Go bare feet when you can. Take your shoes off when you get home. You can try the other stuff in addition to the Lamisil tablets...or generic brand. Kill it at it's root!
